Yes. However, to get the best effects, we recommend choosing a popular dosing protocol that involves periodic breaks. Of course if you want to take it as needed, you should feel the effects within an hour or two.
The answer to that is No, and we're very careful about that. We produce the mushrooms ourselves, ship the biomass to a trusted extractor who directly packages them. We don't trust 3rd party powder so we can guarantee ZERO mycelium-on-grain or grain extracts and a LOW shelf life. The only additives we include are Maltodextrin and we reintroduce a tiny amount of spent Fruit Body biomass. The only purpose of this is to stabilize the naturally occurring sugars that are extracted incidentally and maintain a shelf stabile powder. This is necessary and there is no physical way around this for a capsule.
